About the Role
We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee key stages of the production process, focusing on the final steps within the production department.
This is a great opportunity to start your first year in Augsburg, Germany, and then move to the company’s new site in Hungary.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations in the production department while also working hands-on as an engineer
- Ensure timely completion of production tasks and maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth transitions from earlier process stages (e.g., warehouse)
- Maintain and develop machines (flexo, formatter, labeler, packer)
- Monitor quality and safety
Requirements
- Experience in production or manufacturing (printing or packaging is a plus, but not required)
- Experience leading a small team
- Technical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
