Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of the manufacturing workshops, ensuring safe, efficient, and smooth production.
Deliver production plans on time while meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Promote strong standards in Quality, EHS, ESD, and 5S across the shop floor.
Use lean manufacturing and continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce waste.
Drive problem-solving and quality improvement initiatives.
Build, coach, and lead high-performing, multi-skilled production teams.
Recruit, train, and develop workshop employees.
Support the localization and improvement of the INOVANCE production system.
Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher; engineering or technical disciplines preferred.
Native Hungarian with fluent English.
Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
Solid understanding of industrial assembly processes and quality systems.
Strong computer literacy, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and production tools.
Strategic thinker with an open mind, ready to lead change and innovation.
Responsible, proactive, and highly effective communicator with strong decision-making skills.
