An international, global leading medical device manufacturer is looking for experienced colleagues for its new start-up location in Dunakeszi
Production & Material Planner
Task:
- Monitoring the availability and stock level of raw materials for production, and coordinating with Purchasing to ensure materials available on time
- Daily contact with Sales department regarding the Customers demands
- Committing to supply dates to customers requests and driving the organization to meet those dates
- Preparing and updating the daily/weekly/monthly production plan
- Registering the production orders within the ERP
- Facilitation of daily follow-up meetings with the relevant departments (Production, Purchasing, Quality and Engineering)
- Driving position-related improvement projects (e.g., new software and/or process flow)
- Creating weekly reports about raw materials and open orders
Expectation:
- High school education is required
- Minimum of 5 years proven work experience as production planner in manufacturing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hungarian and English
- Computer skills, knowledge of ERP planning system and MS Office software packages
- Have good knowledge about: Supply chain management, Planning Management, Inventory Management, Order fulfillment
- Have a good sense of teamwork, effective communication, organization, and coordination skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, proactive and assertive approach
Other:
- BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or similar studies is an advantage
