Responsibilities
Planning the schedule of parallel projects with production managers and directors
Tracking and communicating progress in production
Preparing status meetings
Collaborating with multiple disciplines and teams to maximize development productivity
Coordinating internal and external partners for art assets and communications
Tracking production processes and providing solutions for improvements
Updating production plan and relaying information to departments
Handling day-to-day operational tasks such as scheduling resources and meetings
Creating presentations and documentation
Generating reports
Handling project documentation with clients and vendors
Implementing problem solving and motivating practices
Focusing on results and taking pride in every effort made
Tracking and communicating progress in production

3+ years of experience in project management
Ability to work successfully in a dynamic production environment with significant responsibility

Nice-to-have
Passion for and familiarity with film or game industry, Experience in project/production management in game/animation/vfx production, Proven ability to efficiently organize, lead and execute meetings with effective decisions, Background in art or design production or experience in managing teams of artists and/or designers, Knowledge of terminology and processes associated with CG production, Knowledge of applicable art software Maya/3D Studio Max/Photoshop, Knowledge of Agile and Lean development methodologies
