Responsibilities

Providing operational support and coordination for the daily work of the Production Director
Monitoring production processes in accordance with production instructions, work instructions, and quality standards
Participating in anomaly (deviation) analysis and supporting the preparation and follow-up of corrective actions
Supporting product quality improvement activities; organizing meetings and assisting in the preparation and tracking of action plans
Liaising with technical, quality, and other related departments
Monitoring the onboarding, training, and skill certification processes of new employees
Participating in the organization of trial production for new products in cooperation with the Technical Department
Monitoring compliance with occupational safety, environmental protection, and 5S/FOD regulations on the production floor
Preparing production data, statistics, and monthly and quarterly reports for management
Supporting production analysis activities and documenting improvement proposals

Requirements

Secondary or higher education (technical or business background is an advantage)
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Confident use of English, both written and spoken
Experience in anomaly analysis and reporting
Precise, structured, and reliable working style
Strong communication and coordination skills

Nice-to-have

Experience in a multinational or Asian corporate environment
Knowledge of Lean, 5S, or quality management principles
Experience with ERP or manufacturing systems
