Production Development Engineer (Plastics Industry)
  • Continuous development and optimization of production processes and technologies
  • Preparing and implementing development and efficiency improvement plans
  • Maintaining and improving production instructions
  • Monitoring production processes, analyzing and solving problems
  • Defining maintenance tasks and preventive measures
  • Preparing and evaluating process capability tests
  • Designing and implementing error prevention and corrective procedures
  • University degree in engineering
  • Minimum 2–3 years of production experience
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Strong Korean language knowledge
  • Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and proactive approach
  • Experience in a plastics manufacturing environment
