Responsibilities
Creative & Design Leadership
- Design and oversee the production of corporate artworks, layouts, and branded digital materials
- Create The Energy Year's event materials (banners, backdrops, brochures, signage, presentations, badges, etc.)
- Develop and design merchandise concepts and branding assets
- Produce digital campaign materials (social media graphics, email marketing visuals, online ads, banners, etc...)
- Maintain and evolve The Energy Year’s visual identity across global markets
- Lead the design and layout of The Energy Year’s country reports and publications
- Manage the full production cycle of reports (from concept to print-ready files)
- Coordinate with editorial, commercial and field teams to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high production quality across all publications
- Plan and manage production timelines and ensure production deadlines are met simultaneously
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design, creative direction, or production management is an advantage
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout, digital campaigns, and event materials
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and After Effects is a must
- Midjourney, Runway and Ai prompting
- Figma and knowledge of HTML + CSS is an asset
- Experience managing print production and working with external suppliers
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Experience in publishing is highly desirable

- Strategic thinker with strong visual storytelling skills
- Experience designing long-form publications and corporate reports
- Ability to balance creative vision with operational execution
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment

The role will supervise every stage of the publication lifecycle, from initial layout concepts to final print and digital release.
