Process Improvement
- Manage the end-to-end production process for publications, from final edited manuscript to print and digital release
- Coordinate production schedules and ensure all deadlines are met across multiple publications
- Oversee the workflow between editorial, design, and external vendors
Layout & Design Oversight
- Supervise or execute layout production using Adobe InDesign or similar tools
- Ensure visual consistency, formatting standards, and brand guidelines across all publications
- Review layouts for accuracy, alignment, typography, and final presentation
Editorial & Content Coordination
- Work closely with editors to ensure text, images, captions, charts, and graphics are properly integrated into layouts
- Manage final proofreading and quality control before publication
- Ensure all corrections are implemented correctly in final production files
Print & Digital Production
- Prepare and deliver print-ready files to printers and publishing partners
- Coordinate printing specifications, proof approvals, and final production runs
- Ensure publications are correctly formatted for both print and digital distribution
Vendor & Partner Management
- Liaise with printers, designers, and other external production partners
- Manage production timelines, technical requirements, and file delivery
Quality Control
- Maintain high editorial and production standards across all publications
- Conduct final production checks to ensure accuracy in layout, formatting, and image resolution
Process Improvement
- Optimize production workflows and systems to improve efficiency and consistency
- Develop and maintain production guidelines and templates for recurring publications
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design, creative direction, or production management is an advantage
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout, digital campaigns, and event materials
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and After Effects is a must
- Midjourney, Runway and Ai prompting
- Figma and knowledge of HTML + CSS is an asset
- Experience managing print production and working with external suppliers
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Experience in publishing is highly desirable

- Experience designing long-form publications and corporate reports
- Ability to balance creative vision with operational execution
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
