Responsibilities

Organization, scheduling and tracking of workload from customer-side briefing to final client delivery
Supporting the team's orderly execution of the art creation process through its various phases
Discussing project requirements and time necessities with Supervisors and Artists
Participating in client updates and progress reviews
Ensuring feedback and communication is kept organized and trackable
Maintaining clarity over workload with many assignments and subtasks
Reporting directly to internal supervising and production team
Bridging communications proactively to foster a friendly and effective working environment

Requirements

Previous experience in the visual entertainment industry (games, vfx, animation) within production or team management
Proven organizational skills in task management and task tracking methods within a collaborative environment
Confident communication abilities in an international environment (English)
Even-tempered professional attitude, able to stay solid under pressure while communicating clearly and friendly
Keen interest in improvement and discovery, proactive problem-solving
Ability to multitask while switching between project management tools
Previous experience with customer-side communications in the visual entertainment industry
Spontaneous interest in team growth and personal development
Some familiarity with computer graphics concepts and technical terminology
Ability to communicate visually and create presentations
Eligibility to work in the European Union
