Responsibilities

Planning production workflow
Scheduling production workflow
Monitoring production workflow
Ensuring on-time delivery of the department
Filtering feedback from multiple sources
Keeping the team engaged and focused
Staying abreast of issues on the floor
Anticipating potential issues
Elevating information to Department/Production Leads
Ensuring pipeline procedures are followed
Ensuring seamless workflow between departments
Communicating with clients, outsource companies and outsource artists for ground-level deliveries
