Responsibilities
Planning, scheduling and monitoring the production workflow
Ensuring on-time delivery of the department
Filtering feedback from multiple sources while keeping the team engaged and focused
Staying abreast of issues on the floor, anticipating potential issues, and elevating information appropriately to Department/Production Leads
Ensuring pipeline procedures are followed and workflow is seamless from one department to the next
Communicating with clients, outsource companies and outsource artists for ground-level deliveries

Efficient, effective, highly organized person with experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Ability to adapt to new conditions, take direction, prioritize, multitask and use own initiative
Great interpersonal and team-working skills
Positive, solution-focused mentality with a proactive and can-do attitude
Passionate about 3D animation
Confident working with Excel and Google Workspace applications
Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
Ability to adapt to new conditions, take direction, prioritize, multitask and use own initiative
Great interpersonal and team-working skills
