Responsibilities

Join our team and play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations through data analysis, reporting, and cost control activities for our site in Belgium.

Main tasks:

Drive data-driven decision-making through the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Excel and Power BI
Support budgeting, investment evaluations, and savings initiatives through cost analysis, performance tracking, and actual vs. budget comparisons
Analyze operational efficiency, material usage, waste, inventory, and key cost drivers to identify improvement opportunities
Prepare detailed cost analyses covering labor, maintenance, energy consumption, and other operational cost drivers
Reconcile production employees' timesheets with HR time-recording data and prepare workforce analytics reports
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of quality, complaint, sales, and utility consumption data
Prepare regular management and Works Council reports

As a Production Controller, you will join BFB plus Kft. located in Csévharaszt, and be a team member of Controlling in Deinze (Begium), reporting directly to the Belgian Head of Audit and Controlling.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Entry-level candidates with strong analytical skills and solid Excel and Power BI knowledge are welcome to apply. Alternatively, you have at least 2 years of experience in controlling, business analysis, manufacturing finance, or a similar role
Strong Excel, and data analysis skills
Experience with business reporting snd data visualization tools
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
Ability to collaborate effectively with Production, Finance, HR, and other business functions
Ability to work independently and autonomously
Excellent command of English, knowledge of Dutch or French is an advantage
Willing to travel approximately 3 days/month to the Belgian HQ
A valid Category B driving licence and access to a car are essential, as our Csévharaszt location cannot be reached by public transport
