Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and oversee the logistics processes, including transportation, distribution, and warehousing.
Ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
Monitor and manage the logistics budget to optimize costs.
Innovation logistics cost (Find out competitive carriers, Reduction of Lead-Time, Improve level of logistics management)
Applying Lean Logistics methods (e.g. pool system, small lot packaging)
Supply Chain Coordination:
Optimization of supply chain process (Oversea/Domestic) for on-time delivery
Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure a seamless supply chain.
Address bottlenecks and ensure the availability of materials to meet production and delivery schedules.
Continuous control and analyzes of customers programs
Creating appropriate production plan with related resources
Supervise and lead the logistics team, providing direction, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Inventory management (Optimize production plan based on sales)
Oversee inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Optimize warehouse layouts and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with transport providers.
Monitor shipping schedules, routes, and delivery performance to meet service standards.
Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present reports on logistics performance metrics to senior management.
Ensure that all logistics activities comply with legal regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize disruptions.

Requirements

Understanding of the overall automobile manufacturing process, various problem-solving skills, and organizational leadership experience
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strategic thinking and planning.
Cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
Adaptability and decision-making in dynamic environments.
Experience in operation for inbound/outbound/storage
Master or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
