Responsibilities

Assisting in the smooth running of the production
Supporting Production Coordinators, Production Managers and Head of Production
Taking notes in production meetings and distributing reports
Operating equipment for viewing tests and dailies
Co-ordinating and logging incoming and outgoing materials and client meetings
Maintaining a database for tracking work progress
Covering for regular reporting and keeping records
Compiling presentations and information materials on demand
Managing ad-hoc tasks received from supervisor

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree preferred (ideally in film production or film studies) or equivalent experience
Good communication skills
Good organisational skills
Good team-working skills
Ability to take direction
Ability to prioritise and multitask
Use of own initiative
Good numerical literacy
Capability of taking accurate notes
Good typing skills
Good IT skills including use of spreadsheets and databases
Close attention to detail
Ability to deliver on schedule
Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
Good working knowledge of written and spoken English and Hungarian

Nice-to-have

Experience with asset tracking/management system
