Responsibilities

Contribute to mass production (SVS) projects
Manage CRs related to the role’s scope
Create and maintain product descriptions and compositions
Develop and update risk management files
Ensure Design Control in close collaboration with QA functions
Create and maintain specifications
Provide input to PMS reports
Deliver product knowledge training to Coloplast employees
Support quality investigations (complaints, CAPA, NC)
Contribute to shelf-life extension activities for raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods

Requirements

Qualifications

Relevant college or university degree (chemical/material engineering is an advantage)
Experience with Coloplast products, processes, and quality systems
Strong quality mindset
Fluent written and spoken English
Confident decision-making and excellent self-management
Strong communication skills
Ability to travel approx. 15-20 days per year
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Notes, PowerPoint

About the department

Our primary function is to maintain the design and performance of existing mature products, which are produced in Global Operations. We do this by supporting various material or design changes to maintain the set quality level, improve economy or optimise processes, whilst at the same time minimising risk and ensuring compliance to user requirements, relevant product standards and product documentation. We also educate colleagues in products, their use, their composition, function and various features.
