Responsibilities
- Owns the IT solution that is supporting core waste management processes. Responsible for the vision and roadmap of it.
- Has a holistic view of the landscape from technical point of view.
- Has a good understanding of SAP, Salesforce and MS Azure solutions and possibilities.
- Works closely together with business representatives to identify development areas, to understand business demands and to define functional requirements on epic level.
- Drives agile transformation and works in strong collaboration with IT department.
- Leads a team of 8 Product Owners who are responsible for different solutions.
- Aligns development directions with relevant Product Owners, exchange possibilities with IT department.
- Defines priorities based on expected value and available resources, handles priority conflicts and interdependencies.
- Manages related project portfolio, steers project delivery, occasionally participates in project work, ensures quality.
- Works together, supports and coordinates third party vendors to ensure the business expectations are met during delivery.
- Continuously challenges the status quo, follows up market trends, newest technologies and best practices. Benchmarks to other companies.
- Participates in yearly financial planning.
Requirements
- University/College degree
- 6-8 years of work experience, 3-4 years on relevant area
- “Customer first” mindset and strong stakeholder management skills
- General good understanding of IT systems and architectures, project management practices (including agile), development methods
- Advanced presentation, verbal and written communication skills, good English knowledge
- Strategic thinking and analytical approach
- Flexibility, results oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude
