Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the product strategy for the marketplace project
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog
  • Conduct customer interviews and validate product hypotheses
  • Define product requirements and collaborate with engineering teams
  • Launch new products and scale existing solutions
  • Monitor product metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Use SQL and product analytics tools to generate insights
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, design, and analytics teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product development experience including at least 3 years as a Product Manager
  • 3+ years in banking, fintech, or marketplace companies
  • Experience with digital lending products
  • Proven experience launching 0-to-1 products or scaling products beyond the pilot stage
  • Hands-on customer development, hypothesis validation, and product experiments preferably B2B/B2B2C
  • Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
  • Practical SQL and product analytics experience

Nice-to-have

  • JTBD experience
