Ownership and execution of the product strategy for the marketplace project
Management and prioritization of the product backlog
Conducting customer interviews (CustDev) and validation of product hypotheses
Definition of product requirements and collaboration with engineering teams
Launching new products and scaling existing solutions
Monitoring product metrics and making data-driven decisions
Use of SQL and product analytics tools to generate insights
Close collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering, design, and analytics teams

5+ years of product development experience including at least 3 years as a Product Manager
3+ years in banking, fintech, or marketplace companies
Experience with digital lending products
Proven experience launching 0-to-1 products or scaling products beyond the pilot stage
Hands-on CustDev, hypothesis validation, and product experiments preferably B2B/B2B2C
Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
Practical SQL and product analytics experience

Opportunity to participate in a large-scale technology project
Work with high-load systems and large volumes of data
One-year contract
Office-based work in Uzbekistan
