Responsibilities

Deep-dive analysis of operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
Requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements
Translation of business needs into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Management of the end-to-end product development lifecycle — discovery, planning, execution, delivery, and adoption

Requirements

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Empathy, active listening, and ability to translate unclear business needs into structured requirements
High adaptability and resilience in a fast-changing environment
Detail orientation while keeping the big picture in mind
3+ years of proven experience managing software projects as project manager/product owner
Ability to map and analyze business process
Proficiency in writing clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Understanding of technical constraints, APIs, data flows, and system integrations
Basic to intermediate understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and model limitations
Hands-on experience in software development lifecycle and methodologies, including traditional agile (SCRUM, KANBAN)
Technical background or business/IT education
Proficiency in English at Intermediate level or higher

Nice-to-have

BA experience, Experience managing projects involving AI agents, automation, or intelligent systems, Experience delivery products aimed at operational efficiency, automation or process optimization
