Responsibilities

Conduct deep-dive analysis of operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements
Translate business needs into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle — discovery, planning, execution, delivery, and adoption

Requirements

3+ years of proven experience managing software projects as project manager/product owner
Ability to map and analyze business process (BA experience will be plus)
Proficiency in writing clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Understanding of technical constraints, APIs, data flows, and system integrations (not required to be an engineer, but able to speak with engineers confidently)
Basic to intermediate understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and model limitations
Experience managing projects involving AI agents, automation, or intelligent systems will be plus
Experience delivery products aimed at operational efficiency, automation or process optimization
Hands-on experience in software development lifecycle and methodologies, including traditional agile (SCRUM, KANBAN)
Technical background or business/IT education
Proficiency in English at Intermediate level or higher. Communication within the team is in Russian
