Product Manager

Your main tasks

• Responsibility for Integrated Software Solutions, Digital and AI-Based Products
• Develop and implement the product strategy for software solutions, digital-, and AI-based
  products
• Manage the entire product lifecycle – from idea to phase-out
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify new business
  opportunities
• Create product roadmaps and business cases in close collaboration with internal
  stakeholders
• Work closely with development, sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure successful
  product implementation
• Responsibility for product positioning and go-to-market strategy
• Oversee program management for development projects within your area of responsibility
• Communicate and present strategic decisions in steering committees and at management level
• Confidently negotiate with internal and external stakeholders as well as partners

We are looking for a persuasive professional with a solid education and experience in project management.

Profile

• Completed degree in industrial engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or a
  comparable field
• At least five years of professional experience in product management for software, digital, or
  AI-based products
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and modern product development processes
• Excellent analytical skills combined with strategic and business-oriented thinking
• Excellent communication skills and experienced working with international teams
• Business-fluent German and English
