Responsibilities

Development and implementation of product strategy aligned to company vision and strategy
Ownership of product roadmap from ideation to launch
Representation of customer voice in product team through communication and sharing of customer insights
Leadership of cross-functional team including developers, UX designers, and stakeholders in Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing
Detailed understanding of functional capabilities, user scenarios, and business value of product(s) and their intersection with other Diligent and 3rd-party products
Delivery of high quality and on-time user experiences on multiple platforms (Mobile, Web, Desktop) for target personas
Creation and maintenance of prioritized backlog of user stories with clearly written user stories
Development and maintenance of strong knowledge of business domain and application of problem solving skills to address critical and complex issues
Ongoing tracking of product performance, user engagement, and outcomes measurement
Monitoring of external market landscape including competitor analysis and market trends to inform product roadmap

Requirements

4+ years experience in product management role
Predominantly SaaS product experience in recent years
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong business acumen
1-3 years domain and market expertise
Experience in writing technical and functional requirements
Experience interacting directly with stakeholders at all business levels
Strong organizational skills
Ability to coordinate with other development teams

Nice-to-have

Experience integrating with multiple products, Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar qualifications
