Responsibilities

Ownership and leadership of product roadmap from ideation to launch
Representation of customer voice within product team
Leadership of cross-functional teams including developers, UX designers, and stakeholders in Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing
Delivery of high quality user experiences on multiple platforms (Mobile, Web, Desktop)
Creation and maintenance of prioritized backlog of user stories with clear writing
Development and maintenance of strong knowledge of business domain and application of problem solving skills
Ongoing tracking of product performance, user engagement, and outcomes measurement
Monitoring of external market landscape including competitor analysis and market trends

Requirements

4+ years experience in product management role
Experience working with SaaS products
Proven experience and day to day usage skill of AI tools
Excellent communication skills
Experience in writing technical and functional requirements
Experience interacting directly with stakeholders at all levels of the business
Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate with other development teams

Nice-to-have

Experience integrating with multiple products, Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar qualifications
