Responsibilities
Develop and execute the product strategy for products within the Boards & Leadership Suite, aligning it with the company's overall vision, market trends, and customer needs.
Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market research, competitive analysis, customer feedback, and business objectives.
Lead a globally distributed product team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure product success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, product marketing, sales, and customer success, to drive product development and ensure successful product launches.
Be customer centric, using market research, data analysis, and customer interviews to gain insights into customer needs, pain points, and industry trends, and translate them into actionable product requirements.
Drive good practices across the product team to support our engineering process, including defining user stories, managing feature prioritization, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases, and escalating roadblocks.
Monitor and analyze key product metrics, track customer feedback, and leverage data-driven insights to make informed product decisions and optimize product performance.
Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the organization, advocating for user experience enhancements, conducting user testing, and ensuring product usability and satisfaction.

Requirements
Extensive experience in product management, with a strong background in developing and managing world-class user experiences and SaaS products.
Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market trends, customer needs, and business goals into effective product strategies.
Passion for leveraging data and analytics to drive insights, shape the user experience, and deliver value to customers.
