Responsibilities

YOU WILL

be responsible for market and competitor analysis
manage the product market launches and phase out
adapt and implement our regional product strategies
build networks for collaboration with our HQ in Austria and subsidiaries
be responsible for training, the showroom and exhibitions (inside and outside Blum Hungary)
identify customer needs and market potential

Requirements

In-depth knowledge in the areas of marketing and sales
Solid understanding of competitors
Strong entrepreneurial mindset as well as market and customer-oriented thinking and action
High competencies in strategy development as well as project and process management
Analytical and interconnected thinking and acting combined with the ability to abstract
Goal-oriented, structured, and methodical approach
Team player - open, communicative, effective in execution, and proactive personality
High degree of self-organization
Languages: English oral and written

Nice-to-have

Technical background or strong technical understanding is considered a plus
Knowledge of market research methods and customer insight generation is an advantage
Interest in furniture fittings and the woodworking / carpentry industry is a plus
German language skills are considered an advantage
