Responsibilities

Build and expand AENO & Buydeempresence across major retail channels
Lead all New Product Introduction (NPI) activities in Italy
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share
Create and manage Product Assortment Matrices for key partners
Prepare complex commercial offers and drive sell out activities
Oversee inventory planning and replenishment using PSI/CPFR data
Manage pricing and promotional actions together with the central team

Requirements

2+ years of experience in sales or product management within SDA, consumer electronics, retail, or FMCG
Strong understanding of the Italian SDA market and key retail players
Excellent negotiation, communication, and planning skills
Fluent in Italian and English
Analytical mindset, leadership qualities, and a results driven approach
