Responsibilities

Day-to-day coordination of assigned innovation and strategic projects with global impact
Development and maintenance of detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Alignment with stakeholders across functions and geographies
Facilitation of effective communication and collaboration between diverse teams
Maintenance of project governance frameworks, documentation, and communication routines following standard PDM and Innovation gate process
Tracking progress, risks, and issues, and driving mitigation actions proactively
Preparation of regular project updates for senior leadership, including dashboards, KPIs, and executive summaries
Ensuring projects remain on schedule, on scope, and within resource expectations
Coordination of deliverables, gate reviews, and decision-making forums
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders at global, regional, and local levels
Acting as a central point of contact for all project-related queries and communications
Other assigned duties

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Project Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, or Packaging Engineering
5+ years in project management in manufacturing, industrial, or innovation-driven environment
Strong understanding of cross-functional project dynamics across R&D, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, Marketing and Supply Chain
Proficiency in project management methodologies such as PMI, Agile, Stage Gate, or equivalent
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proactive and resourceful with comfort navigating ambiguity
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with culturally diverse teams
Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
Customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to foster trust, confidence, and followership across departments and businesses
Ability to work independently with minimal direction and within project teams and committees
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
