Assist with platform management by contributing to the development of firm-wide applications and processes;
Provide support for Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Contract operations, including master data management and billing reconciliation;
Negotiate, maintain, and monitor business travel frameworks (e.g., group-wide hotel and airline rates, event locations, CO2 reporting, trouble shooting);
Develop & implement supplier monitoring & rating based on agreed SLAs and risk-based KPIs.
Requirements
University degree or equivalent ideally in Procurement, Data Science or a related field;
At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role with a focus on global software and SaaS applications ideally within the financial services industry;
Demonstrated ability to manage costs and budgets, preferably with a history of achieving savings through effective negotiation and process enhancement;
A solid foundation in IT and data procurement, combined with a process-driven approach and proven functional leadership abilities.
Fluent in English; German skills are a strong asset, with adaptable communication for various stakeholders;
Skilled negotiator with assertiveness, resilience, and strong independent ownership.
