Responsibilities

Source and negotiate with suppliers to maintain a consistent flow of products and costs. Monitor inventory levels and manage orders to meet demand. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Assist with documentation and compliance in line with company standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in a procurement or purchasing role. Familiarity with IFS/CoC and GlobalG .A.P. certification processes is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Should have a minimum knowledge of the German language. English is a must, Spanish and Portuguese are also strongly preferred and commonly spoken at HLB Tropical Food.
