Responsibilities

Location: Budapest (Hybrid)
Contract: 6‑month contingent worker (with potential long‑term opportunities!)

What You'll Do
You'll be the first point of contact for operational procurement questions - ensuring suppliers and internal teams receive timely, professional support.
- Manage and prioritize supplier & GBS inquiries (phone & email)
- Monitor the central mailbox and ensure prompt follow‑up
- Escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Meet and maintain SLA expectations
- Prepare daily/weekly reports (new, in‑progress, closed tickets)
- Provide Procurement / P2P support
- Contract‑related inquiries
- Supplier communication in German

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit
You're customer‑focused, communicative, and like solving operational challenges. Experience in procurement support, P2P, AP/AR, vendor helpdesk, or customer service is a plus. You handle SLAs confidently, follow through reliably, and communicate smoothly in German (B2) and fluent English.
