Responsibilities

Execution of sourcing activities across indirect categories
Gathering and analyzing data using procurement spend analytics tools
Research and identification of potential suppliers for sourcing requests with Market Intelligence team
Research of potential vendors and development and execution of RFP for spend less than $500K per event
Partnership with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation is translated to RFP and contracts
Performance of cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking to inform sourcing strategy
Negotiation of contract terms of agreement and pricing with suppliers
Recording of annual P&L savings

Requirements

Experience with sourcing process, vendor management, contract negotiations and procure to pay operations
Expertise in sourcing tools including e-sourcing, spend analytics, ERP, supplier management software
Negotiation skills for soliciting bids and negotiating purchases directly with suppliers
Proven working experience as procurement analyst, manager or agent
3+ years of purchasing experience and negotiations
Degree in supply chain management, operations or business administration
Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and project management tools
Ability to work collaboratively across global, cross-functional teams
Proven English language competency verbal and written

Breadth of experience across indirect sourcing categories
Desire to grow and develop as a sourcing specialist and develop category expertise across indirect portfolios such as Services, IT and Facilities
Thriving in an entrepreneurial environment as a self-starter who looks for ways to improve existing processes
Strong customer service orientation to deliver on internal customer needs
Independent work with ability to track and manage own deadlines
Ability to gather, interpret and analyze data to inform sourcing decisions
