Responsibilities

Supervise, control and overseeing EMEA procurement and related activities ensuring efficient, accurate and correct performance in accordance with the company policies and procedures
Coordinate with all applicable internal and external stakeholders ensuring all regulatory and relevant policies and procedures are followed
Perform procurement functions ensuring an adequate and optimum service level is maintained in support of production and order fulfillment requirements
Ensures all products are accurately configured according to the customer requirements and sales quote
Drives all analyses and maintains reports in relation to the machine stock and order processes, including corrective actions and process improvement solutions

Requirements

In depth knowledge of procurement and ability to apply this to IGT EMEA production and logistics activities and plans. 5-7 years’ experience in an international / multinational company

Verbal and written fluency in both Hungarian and English are required
In depth knowledge of SAP or similar ERP tools and MS Office
Reading and interpreting regulatory and technical documentation
