Responsibilities

Assist in developing procurement plans, purchasing of company raw materials for manufacturing, packaging, office supplies and other required materials.
Conduct supplier sourcing, building and maintaining the supplier database.
Manage procurement bidding, inquiries, price comparisons, and other related procurement activities.
Support the supplier assessment processes.
Collect, organize, and submit procurement documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Monitor and control procurement costs while supporting efficiency improvements in processes.

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must
At least BsC degree (preferred about logistics studies)
Strong attention to details and excellent problem‑solving skills
Strong communication and coordination skills
Efficient to work independently and as part of a team

Nice-to-have

Proficiency in SAP, SRM systems is an advantage
