Feladatok
- Processing and registering invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
- Managing the lifecycle of purchase orders (POs) in SAP, including creation, closure, and ongoing tracking.
- Entering order details (e.g., vendor information, quantities, and prices) into internal databases.
- Providing support to outsourced bookkeeping and payroll administration services.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for vendors and suppliers.
- Handling administrative and operational documentation, ensuring compliance and organization.
- Monitoring critical tasks and deadlines to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Reviewing and tracking essential documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Managing employee holiday schedules and timesheets.
- Assisting colleagues with various tasks as needed.
- Supporting ad-hoc projects and initiatives to contribute to team objectives
Elvárások
- Fluency in both verbal and written English.
- A solid understanding of procurement procedures and vendor sourcing practices.
- A higher-level degree in economics or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
