Feladatok

  • Processing and registering invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Managing the lifecycle of purchase orders (POs) in SAP, including creation, closure, and ongoing tracking.
  • Entering order details (e.g., vendor information, quantities, and prices) into internal databases.
  • Providing support to outsourced bookkeeping and payroll administration services.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for vendors and suppliers.
  • Handling administrative and operational documentation, ensuring compliance and organization.
  • Monitoring critical tasks and deadlines to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Reviewing and tracking essential documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Managing employee holiday schedules and timesheets.
  • Assisting colleagues with various tasks as needed.
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects and initiatives to contribute to team objectives

Elvárások

  • Fluency in both verbal and written English.
  • A solid understanding of procurement procedures and vendor sourcing practices.
  • A higher-level degree in economics or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
