The Process Improvement department of Lufthansa Technik's aircraft maintenance base in Budapest is looking for a new (even entry-level) colleague for the position of Process Specialist who will support local and central projects and developments, collaborate with various departments to gain comprehensive insights and expertise in this field.

Process Specialist

Task:

Analyses existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
Develops recommendations for improving business processes.
Implements process improvement and supports CI activity.
Monitors and evaluates performance, prepares KPI reports.
Prepares and facilitate workshops.
Provides support to stakeholders and employees to ensure that business processes continue to operate efficiently.

Expectation:

University degree.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to make independent and decisive decisions.
Teamwork and collaboration skills.
Openness for innovation and to new technology.
Willingness to travel.

Other:

Process development perspective, knowledge of LEAN.
Project management skills.
Programming skills.
3D design knowledge and experience.
