Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Responsible for operating and continuously improving the Process Safety Management (PSM) system, including coordinating risk assessments, defining safety objectives, and monitoring their achievement.
- Oversees the investigation process of operational incidents and abnormalities, ensuring the implementation of necessary corrective actions and verifying their effectiveness.
- Participates in site inspections, safety reviews, and internal audits, while supporting the implementation of improvement actions arising from these activities.
- Provides professional advice and practical support to operational teams to ensure compliance with process safety requirements.
- Organizes training and awareness programs for relevant employees, promoting and strengthening a safety-conscious operational culture.
- Collaborates with corporate experts and external partners to share best practices, enhance process safety awareness, and continuously modernize applied methodologies.
Requirements
- Engineering degree (Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- Practical experience in the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) field
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the oil and gas and/or chemical industry
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience participating in audits
