Responsibilities

Responsible for operating and continuously improving the Process Safety Management (PSM) system, including coordinating risk assessments, defining safety objectives, and monitoring their achievement.
Oversees the investigation process of operational incidents and abnormalities, ensuring the implementation of necessary corrective actions and verifying their effectiveness.
Participates in site inspections, safety reviews, and internal audits, while supporting the implementation of improvement actions arising from these activities.
Provides professional advice and practical support to operational teams to ensure compliance with process safety requirements.
Organizes training and awareness programs for relevant employees, promoting and strengthening a safety-conscious operational culture.
Collaborates with corporate experts and external partners to share best practices, enhance process safety awareness, and continuously modernize applied methodologies.

Requirements

Engineering degree (Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred)
Practical experience in the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) field
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Minimum 3 years of experience in the oil and gas and/or chemical industry
Ability to work independently
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience participating in audits
