Process Quality Engineer

• Advanced Trend Analysis: Utilize data mining from production databases to identify hidden correlations and long-term process degradation trends.
• Monitor Quality Control Processes: Oversee manufacturing line processes and ensure adherence to quality standards to minimize scrap rates.
• Verification Audit: When a process change is introduced to fix a previous abnormality, you must verify that the change was actually implemented as planned and is functioning correctly on the production. Ensure that the verified corrective actions are integrated into the Control Plan and and documented in the Quality Management System
• Root Cause Analysis: Conduct detailed investigations into non-conformities and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions.
• KPI Management: Track quality metrics (yield, defect rates) and provide regular reports to management.
• Process Optimization: Participate in process improvement projects and support Quality Assurance for New Product Introductions.

• BSc/MSc in Engineering (Fresh graduates are welcome!)
• Knowledge of standards: ISO 9001; IATF 16949; VDA 6.3;
• Determined, flexible and result-oriented personality
• Critical Thinking: A "skeptical" mindset to challenge and verify technical claims made by other engineering departments.
• Decision-Making Skills: Ability to take responsibility for blocking large quantities of products based on data.
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian and English
• Willingness to work independently
