Responsibilities

Quality Inspection and Monitoring: Conduct regular quality inspections on all production links of ternary cathode materials (e.g., mixing, sintering, crushing), record key parameters (e.g., particle size, tap density, electrochemical performance), and promptly detect and warn of quality abnormalities;
Quality Problem Analysis and Resolution: For material quality issues in production (e.g., excessive impurities, poor batch stability), use tools like FMEA and 8D to conduct root cause analysis, and formulate and track the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA);
Process Capability Improvement and Optimization: Evaluate the CPK (Process Capability Index) of the ternary cathode material production process, identify process weaknesses (e.g., sintering temperature fluctuations, material ratio deviations), and promote process optimization to improve process stability and product qualification rate;
Quality Standard and Document Management: Participate in formulating Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) standards for ternary cathode materials, and maintain the integrity and effectiveness of quality system documents (e.g., SOPs, inspection records);
Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Quality Training: Collaborate with the Production Department and R&D Department to ensure quality compliance in the mass production process of new materials; regularly conduct quality awareness training (e.g., abnormality identification, inspection operation specifications) for front-line employees to improve the overall quality control capability of the team.

Requirements

Relevant BSC/MSC degree;
At least 3 years of process quality control experience in manufacturing industry;
Professional Skills: Proficient in quality tools such as SPC (Statistical Process Control), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis);
Active knowledge of English;
Familiar with ISO 9001 quality management system;
Strong logical analysis and problem-solving skills; good communication, coordination skills.
