Tasks

The Process Quality Control Specialist is responsible for performing in-process quality checks on the assembly line to ensure that medical devices meet internal standards and regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product integrity, patient safety, and compliance with industry standards.

Conduct routine in-process inspections and tests during various stages of the assembly process.
Verify that components and assembled products meet defined specifications and quality standards.
Document inspection results accurately and report any deviations or non-conformities.
Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve quality issues in real time.
Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), ISO 13485, and other relevant regulatory standards.
Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for process-related issues.
Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment.
Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Effectively communicate in English
High school diploma or technical degree
Experience in a regulated industry, ideally medical devices, pharmaceuticals or automotive industry.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
