Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- You manage the manufacturing processes for new projects for all the plants in Western and Central Europe.
- You report to the Division Projects Director Europe and you lead directly a team of 4 manufacturing technologies specialists.
- You play a key role in driving innovation and efficiency, ensuring that new components and processes meet quality standards and future product requirements
- You are responsible to estimate, validate and implement new investments in manufacturing technologies, especially plastic injection & die casting.
- You prepare cost estimations for quotation phase and for investment in new processes
- You propose optimized processes and standards for new products
- You prepare production readiness for new projects and support the factories for process engineering initiatives
- You drive the introduction of new technologies
- You collaborate with suppliers to integrate new technologies and materials into manufacturing processes and you monitor their performance
Requirements
- You hold an engineer degree with relevant managerial experience in process engineering and automation integration for project Development &; Management within the automotive industry
- You have some experience with plastic injection or die casting technology and Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) competencies
- You have an international mindset and abilities to collaborate with suppliers.
- You have the potential and motivations to take this challenge on a European level with a long-term view.
- You speak fluent English and you live in Hungary, preferably in the Győr region.
- You have good leadership skills with a cross functional collaboration approach.
