Responsibilities

Manage all engineering activity of the plant, including NPI, process, product, tooling etc.
Prepare, manage and safeguard departmental budget, including investment
Supervise technical suppliers assuring their deliverables are meeting the criteria set in the order
Responsible of process R&D managing work
Responsible in new machine and equipment purchasing and verification, installation and ramp up
Participate in new prototype making and small/mass batch production
Participate in production line verification and transfer
Responsible for process management, building process standards, training the process engineers and to carry out follow ups
Improving the current machine park and technology in serial process

Requirements

Bachelor Degree or above, experience in automation management in large manufacturing industry is preferred (molding, automation, stamping)
10 years or more in relative working experience
5+ years managerial experience
Fluency in English
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability
Outstanding ability to work under pressure, able to deal with priorities in a timely manner
Very much ‘hands on’ and ‘target driven’ attitude

Nice-to-have

Green / Black belt
Experience of implementation lean principles and process improvement and ergonomy in operational environment
Familiar with 2D CAD and 3D engineering design software and moldflow analysises
