Our Business Unit Pharmaceutical Systems is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of drug containment solutions and delivery systems for injectable drugs. More than 600 production lines in 14 countries worldwide produce more than 10 billion syringes, vials, ampoules, cartridges and special articles of tubing glass or polymer.Your ContributionLeads, reports and documents various process optimization projects Proactively identifies improvement opportunities and offers effective, high quality solutions Prepares & implements improvement plans Plan and implement improvement tests Improve work instructions, monitors shift reports in order to identify trends, deviations Prepares change control and validation documentation
Your ProfileMechanical engineering degree (BSc) Min. 1-2 years relevant manufacturing work experience Active CAD user (3D) Conversational English language knowledge M365 user level MS Visio, MS Project, Plant Simulation, Quadrispace, Minitab, Solid Edge, AutoDesk Inventor, 3D design SW knowledge is an advantage Lean, Six Sigma, TPM working experience is an advantage Good communicator and cooperative personality Team-player Flexible, open attitude Proactive
