Process Engineer (m/f/d)

Rheinmetall Hungary Munitions Zrt., a member of the Rheinmetall Group, is looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join its new factory in Várpalota. In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Analysis and optimization of installation/planned manufacturing processes for plants under construction
• Providing support for greenfield investment project management
• Implementation of sub-projects
• Analyze, optimize, and develop manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity
• Provide technical support for new product introductions and establish corresponding production processes
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements
• Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, mechatronics, or related field preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering environment
• Excellent teamwork and ability to work independently
• Clear communication which inspires trust and drives action
• Flexible and forward-thinking, never stay in „good enough" mode
• Organized and structured personality
• Fluent English and Hungarian language skills
• "Hands-on" mentality

Advantage:

• Experience in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
• Project management experience
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement tools
