Responsibilities

Responsible for developing and optimizing product process flows; prepare PFC, PFMEA, and SOP documentation.
Resolve technical and quality issues on the production floor.
Design tooling and fixtures.
Manage and maintain process parameters.
Carry out on-site process improvements.
Provide training to production personnel.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Materials Science, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication, wire harness processing, or manufacturing process engineering preferred.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and office software such as Excel and Visio.
Familiar with method study techniques, and knowledgeable in the seven basic IE tools and lean improvement methodologies.
Strong hands-on ability, clear logical thinking, and a proactive, positive attitude.
