Responsibilities

Support the work of the Private Sales Director.
Make the first call regarding the new leads.
In the event of an online or offline quote, prepare a written offer within 24 hours, keeping a record of the issued offers and monitoring the issued offers.
Check the completeness of the received insurance offers and forward them to the MediHelp Backoffice.
Participate in regular contact with private clients and private corporate clients, organize events in accordance with the guidance of the Private Sales Director.
Make presentations.
Other assistant tasks given by the Managing Director or the Private Sales Director.

Requirements

Experienced in sales and sales assistance field.
First rate knowledge of Microsoft Office .
Excellent English and Hungarian knowledge in written/oral.
Pre-eminent communication skills.

Nice-to-have

university or college degree
