Responsibilities

Architectural leadership of core C++ video frameworks
Writing and reviewing high-performance multithreaded C++ code
Leveraging deep knowledge of video codecs and containers using FFmpeg
Leading technical discussions and mentoring Senior and Mid-level engineers
Cross-functional collaboration with product teams and customers

Requirements

Mastery of modern C++ up to C++20
Extensive experience writing multithreaded, performance-optimized code
Significant experience with video and FFmpeg
Proven leadership ability in people and technical directions
Comfort with Git, Visual Studio, and advanced debugging workflows
Proactive problem-solving mindset

Nice-to-have

Experience with AWS or other cloud providers, Knowledge of GPU acceleration technologies such as NVIDIA NVENC/NVDEC, Knowledge of network protocols like SRT, RIST, WebRTC, Experience with libraries like Qt and OpenGL, Passion for sport or experience in high-performance reliability-critical environments
