Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Design and build backend services and APIs supporting data ingestion, transformation, and delivery
- Own data storage and pipeline architecture including integration with streaming/event infrastructure
- Implement authentication and authorisation in line with cloud identity and access management
- Provide technical direction and review for frontend development
- Collaborate closely with computer vision/data science engineers to define and consume data contracts
- Participate in technical decision-making including architecture choices
- Contribute to technical leadership of the wider engineering team
Requirements
- Strong backend engineering background with production experience in Java
- Experience building low-latency, high-throughput systems
- Working knowledge of a modern frontend framework such as React/TypeScript
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and event-driven architectures
- Experience designing and evolving API contracts in a fast-moving product environment
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a build-phase product environment
Nice-to-have
- Familiarity with modern cloud identity and access management approaches
