Pricing Supervisor (Air Freight Operations)

Our partner is looking for a Pricing Supervisor (Air Freight Operations ) who can coordinate complex pricing activities, support strategic business decisions, and act as a key link between international partner offices, agents, and internal stakeholders across the Eurasian region. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded air freight professional who enjoys combining operational expertise, analytical thinking, and regional coordination responsibilities within a highly visible and evolving international setup.

• Coordinating and preparing quotations in line with pricing strategy and commercial objectives
• Supporting strategic pricing decisions with a strong business mindset
• Managing and maintaining quotation and pricing-related documentation and databases
• Preparing detailed cost calculations and pricing analyses
• Negotiating and maintaining cost agreements with subcontractors and partners
• Coordinating with international partner offices and agents across multiple territories
• Supporting regional operational and commercial alignment
• Preparing reports, analyses, and operational overviews
• Acting as a key interface between operational, pricing, and commercial stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with internal processes and operational standards

• Minimum 5 years of experience within different areas of air freight forwarding operations and pricing
• Strong understanding of AFR forwarding operations and pricing processes
• Advanced English and Russian language skills
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Good knowledge of CW1 and other DGF applications
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Commercial mindset with strong ownership attitude
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced international environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

• Experience in ocean freight forwarding
• Knowledge of the Eurasian market and trade flows
• Previous experience in international stakeholder coordination
