Responsibilities

Receive request from country or HOP Gatekeeper to create IPT and launch to countries or regions involved.
Create IPT for Ports, ensuring alignment with country or regional support requirements.
Officially launch the RFQs, incorporating the IPT and all relevant documents to DGF countries and regions accordingly.
Complete the IPT and CPT for final submission, ensuring compliance with country or regional thresholds.
Review all final submissions. Submit to the country or HOP Gatekeeper for a sanity check.
Prepare the final submission to the customer.
Prepare detailed analyses for subsequent rounds.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience, preferably in forwarding or pricing
Strong English skillset in verbal/written is required
Result-oriented mindset, deadline awareness, customer focus
Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data handling
Willingness to make extra effort when needed
Taking ownership, responsibility and ability to work independently
