Responsibilities
- Work as a crucial member of the international freight forward team.
- Lead of tender analysis and pricing management in case of new or growing business opportunities.
- End-to-end project manager of ongoing activities, involving cross country or cross functional teams within HOPI.
- Oversee complex requirements of customers, find the best fitting solution for their needs.
- Fast, dynamic and proactive handling of the projects to bring innovative solutions.
- Analyze capacities versus requirements, work out alternatives and set the proper offer.
- Develop related standard processes across the group.
- Prepare periodic reports for management and customer review.
- Financial analysis of projects.
Requirements
- Analytical skills are necessary for the best possible result
- Precision, persistence is key for success
- Creativity, open eyes and common sense / creativity and thinking out-of-the-box is boosting the outcome.
- Education in logistics and/or economics gives you good foundations
- English - an advanced level is an advantage as you will work with colleagues in multiple countries
- Willingness to understand processes and market specialties
- Enthusiasm for move things forward and to a higher level
- Good communication and motivation skills is a must have attribute to keep up the pace and rhythm during the projects.
- Self-drive to get things done and set-up your own processes with external and internal preferences is key.
- Working with deadlines needs setting up priorities is a crucial element for your comfort in your well-organized daily routine.
